How to prepare for merchant screening : Target Preparation
1.Please introduce your service shortly.
Please introduce your product service briefly as it can be classified as significant industry or banned from screening review according to the credit card issuer's policy.
2. Please set your target and translate in proper language.
If your target is Korean customers living abroad, the Korean language mall can be reviewed positively. If your target is foreign customers living abroad, the Korean language mall cannot be reviewed, so we ask you to translate all pages in proper language, including the payment page.
3. Please check if the products are properly listed.
At least, one or two products must be uploaded per category on the website. All products or phrases that are not suitable for the category and the uploaded for testing must be deleted.
Please check if the business information is well written at the bottom of the main page. The business information must be matched the information on the business license.
The following must be stated. :
Business registration number, Business Company name, Representative name, Address, Customer support mail, Customer support contact
5. Please check the payment method you would like to use.
We provide credit card services to new merchants basically. If there is any other payment method you would like to use, please let us know. Your fees will be provided after the review is completed.
Credit cards issued form overseas (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, Unionpay), Alipay, Wechat Pay, eContext(Japan), Molpay, and PayPal can be selected as payment methods.
Molpay: Currently, the service in Thailand and Vietnam has been suspended, and only the service in Malaysia is available.
PayPal: Eximbay only conducts interlinking services, and the settlement is made directly from the PayPal account.
